The Programme Manager Academy prepares you to lead the Future Leaders Scholars Program in accordance with the Foundation’s philosophy, standards, and operating model.
Learning Standard
Training must lead to practice.
Each published module is built from approved Foundation sources and combines learning, a practical scenario, a knowledge check, and work drawn from the learner’s real responsibilities.
- Approved Foundation documents remain the source of truth.
- Modules are completed in sequence.
- Unresolved policy questions are raised, not invented away.
- Learning is applied through the Foundation’s operating tools.
