Impact and measurement
Measuring growth
with care.
The Foundation is early in its Programme work. We will not claim results before they exist. This page explains what we will track, why it matters, and how we will report it.
What success looks like
Clear signs
of scholar growth.
The Programme looks for visible progress in the way scholars learn, speak, lead, serve, and prepare for life after school.
We will review Educational Support, attendance, mentor notes, Scholar Portfolio work, reading and communication progress, School Impact Projects, parent feedback, and school feedback. Scholars are assessed at the beginning of the Pilot Year and again at its end, so that growth can be seen clearly. Because the cohort is up to ten Scholars, results are reported as plain counts rather than percentages.
No results will be published without a verified reporting period and a plain explanation of how the information was collected.
Current Programme targets
What we hope
to see this year.
These are the targets the Foundation has set for the Pilot Year, which begins in September 2026. Verified results will replace them after the year concludes and the information has been reviewed.
Educational Support
We will track approved school-related support, learning materials, and other practical support provided to help scholars keep learning.
Scholar Growth
Baseline and year-end reviews will show whether scholars are growing in confidence, communication, study habits, leadership, service, and future planning.
Attendance and Engagement
We will track attendance at Monthly Academy Sessions, Mentor Sessions, Scholar Portfolio completion, and participation in agreed activities.
Leadership and Service
We will document School Impact Projects such as reading campaigns, peer support, academic success sessions, and service projects.
Scholar, Parent, and School Experience
Scholars, parents, mentors, and school leaders will be asked what worked, what was difficult, and what should improve.
Long-term vision
Success defined by
young people who keep growing.
The long-term measure is whether scholars keep learning, serving, and taking responsible steps after the Programme year ends.
Success may look like a scholar improving at school, speaking with more confidence, helping younger students read, applying for a scholarship, preparing for university, learning a trade, or returning one day to mentor others.
The Foundation will grow carefully so the quality of support remains stronger than the desire to expand quickly.
